The training center "DP-Test" provides training and preparation for certification of specialists in nondestructive testing in accordance with the standards of DSTU EN ISO 9712 "Non-destructive testing., Qualification and certification of personnel of non-destructive testing" (1, 2 qualification levels) and DSTU EN 4179 "Aerospace series Qualification and certification of personnel for non-destructive testing "(level 1, 2) on the basis of modern equipment with the participation of qualified teachers certified for 2 and 3 qualification levels.
Competence of the training center
The Training Center DP-Test was recognized by the Personnel Certification Body "Euro Standard Certification NK" (certificate of recognition from 01.02.2016), the Certification Center of the Ukrainian Society for Nondestructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics (Certificate of Competence No. УЦ016 / 17 dated 10.04.1977 ).
Technical competence of the NC is determined by the documents of the quality system, compliance with the requirements of ISO / TR 25108 "Non-destructive testing - Guidelines for NDT personnel training organizations", DSTU EN ISO 9712 "Non-destructive testing. Qualification and certification of personnel of non-destructive testing ", DSTU EN 4179" Aerospace series. Qualification and certification of personnel for non-destructive testing "and other normative documents in the field of nondestructive testing The content of special training programs corresponds to the requirements of ISO / TR 25107" Non-destructive testing - Guidelines for NDT training syllabuses ", and also ANDTBF / 06 and provide theoretical and practical training.
Equipment
The training center "DP-Test" has its own database of normative documentation (international, European and national standards) on general issues of nondestructive testing, as well as ultrasonic, eddy current, magnetic, visual, capillary, radiation monitoring. The Center has a sufficient number of relevant educational and reference literature in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
The center has modern flaw detection and measuring equipment, which is used in training, as well as a rich fleet of training samples, including: welded joints of various types, rolling tubes, gears, turbine blades, castings, etc.
Organization of training
The training in the NSC "DP-Test" takes place as the groups are recruited. The training is conducted at the address: Kiev, ul. Patriots, 103 (3rd floor). Classes are held from 10:00 to 19:00 in accordance with the 8-hour working day with coffee and lunch breaks. The training center has its own parking zone, which is under protection.
Training services include:
- preparation of documents for training and certification;
- theoretical and practical training in the declared methods and sectors (on the equipment of the NC taking into account the wishes of the customer about the specifics of training);
- providing coffee breaks;
- use of the library of reference and educational literature of the NC and the library of modern normative documents;
- providing candidates with methodological materials and supporting notes of lectures on the methods announced;
- internal testing of candidates' knowledge and pre-test counseling;
- the issuance of certificates of completion of training (if all conditions are met).
Upon completion of the training, a certificate of successful completion of the special training course is issued, issued in Ukrainian, English and, if desired, Russian (subject to all the conditions of the training). After that the graduates of the training center are sent to the personnel certification center for further certification to the appropriate qualification level in accordance with the standards EN ISO 9712 and EN 4179. The training center "DP-Test" provides support in the preparation of documents for certification. Requirements for the candidate for certification are specified in the relevant standards.
NCPC "DP-Test" offers cooperation on training specialists for the purpose of their further certification in accordance with standards EN ISO 9712 and EN 4179. We also offer certification through the Certification Center for Nondestructive Testing at the Bulgarian Society for Flaw Detection (with the issuance of a European-type certificate ) in accordance with EN 4179.

Complaints and Appeals
Every specialist who is trained in the NSC "DP-Test" has the right to send complaints or appeals about the organization or quality of training. In case of receiving a complaint about the violation of the rules for the preparation for certification of specialists in nondestructive testing, the head of NSCC conducts a detailed analysis to identify and eliminate its causes. The results of consideration of the complaint and clarification of the reasons are recorded, the conclusion of the head is sent to the bearer of the complaint. If, as a result of consideration of the complaint, the identified shortcomings in the activity of the NCC, the head of the NCCC ensures the organization and implementation of measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
